Pizzeria Basta is a great new restaurant opening up in the Peloton in Boulder. They focus on local ingredients and doing everything as fresh and flavorful as possible. We are honored that they will be carrying our Viognier and Friday's Folly by the glass. So join them tomorrow as they open up for a New Year's Eve Grand Opening celebration from 4pm-11pm. They will feature a fixed price three course menu for $22 per person, excluding drinks, tax, and gratuity. Chef Kelly Whitaker will be preparing selections from our upcoming menu, beginning with your choice of starter, followed by a wood-fire pizza, and finishing with dessert from our Pastry Chef Brad Rossini.
