An evening with classical music. BookCliff wine (including some new releases!) paired with dinner prepared by Trattoria on Pearl, while you enjoy listening to a chamber string quartet at the BookCliff winery. Duo appetizer platter of bruschetta napoletana and polenta cake topped with wild mushroom confit

Organic field greens and arugula salad with roasted almonds, Bosc pears, Gorgonzola cheese and viognier-citrus dressing
-Paired with Viognier 2009 & Muscat Blanc 2009

Filet mignon, baked, wrapped in bacon, served with basil-mashed potatoes, asparagus and black pepper-cognac sauce
-Paired with Cabernet Franc 2008 & Merlot 2008

Chocolate and cherries cake topped with cherry mousse and apricot port glaze
-Paired with Touch of Red

Vegetarian option: Risotto primavera with seasonal vegetables and parmesan cheese.
