The last bottles of the 2009 Petite Sirah, which received the Jefferson Cup award, are gone. Onwards to the 2010 Petite Sirah, which has more intense flavors compared to the 2009. We held a preview of the 2010 Petite Sirah during the Feast in Field in Palisade in September. Then we paired the wine with Braised beef short ribs with Ratatouille, Talegio. It is definitely a wine with a lot of grip. Come into the tasting room and let us know what you think and what you would pair with it.
