Instead of celebrating the start of the summer with Jazz we are going to have Jazz with your Ensemble towards the end of summer. What could be better than a fabulous five course dinner paired with our red blend Ensemble and other wines while listening to Jazz. 2. Duck confit over arugula with marinated cherries.
3. Grilled summer vegetables with fresh mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes.

5. Chocolate cake with berries.
