BookCliff Vineyards, a Boulder Winery in Colorado, is hosting a blending class on Sunday, March 14th, 2014 for BookCliff Select Club Members! We are excited to introduce the techniques and art of blending wine! Our varietals will include Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. You may be familiar with these, as they are part of the beautiful Bordeaux style blend. Members will be able to create a custom wine based on their own taste, smell, and color liking. Each varietal will bring forth different characteristics and since everyone has a different palate, this will allow guests to really focus on their favorite style of wine.
