It sure is a hot one out there. Why don't you come in for some deliciously cold Touch of Red. If you've never had it, you are missing out. It is a sweet fruity wine (similar to sangria) that we serve chilled and it's just amazing with chocolate. We can also blend it with frozen strawberry lemonade to create the perfect wine slushie for a scorching summer day. Come to our tasting room on 15th and Pearl st. to cool off with some wine. We are open everyday: Sunday 1 pm - 7 pm; Monday thru Thursday 2 pm - 8 pm; Friday 1 pm - 10 pm; Saturday 1 pm - 8 pm.

Wine Seminar

This is a great sensory event that makes you oooh and ahhhh with the ways the flavors in wine and food can excite each other. This is a repeat of our successful seminar in 2006. This is a great opportunity to taste what is new in the tasting room and enjoy BookCliff wines with fabulous food.

Friday's Folly Release Party II

You asked us to do it again and we don't want to disappoint you. Friday's Folly 2nd edition is in the bottle and you are invited to celebrate with us. Meet some friends and have a glass of wine. Thursday July 31st, 2008, 7:00pm, BookCliff Vineyards' tasting room. We provide the live music, free pizza from our friends at Trattoria (while it lasts) and Friday's Folly by the glass for $3.00. Oh, I almost forgot, you can be the lucky winner of a case of Friday's Folly!

New Wines

We've been busy bottling and we're not done yet. We are very low on '05 Cab Franc and '05 Syrah, but you can still get some in our tasting room or at one of the farmer's markets. Last week we bottled the '06 Cab Franc and the '07 Syrah. Both are excellent. They both have great fruit and a velvety smoothness that is just superb. If you were a fan of either of the previous vintages you will love these new ones. We should be releasing them sometime in the next couple of weeks. Of course we aren't done bottling yet. We've got to do some more Friday's Folly and more Adagio in the next few weeks as well. Don't forget the Boulder Wine Merchant, Westminster Total Beverage, Ace Discount Liquor and Boulder Wine & Spirits all still have Folly. Get it while it lasts!

Boulder Food & Wine Festival

The Boulder Food & Wine Festival is back. Next Saturday, June 28, head to downtown Boulder's Central Park to find 26 Colorado wineries and dozens of Boulder's finest restaurants all in one location. From 4 - 8 pm, you can try all the Colorado wine you want and get small plate sized portions of food from all of your favorite restaurants in Boulder. Of course there will be cooking and wine tasting classes as well. Profits from this event benefit the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. Tasting At Daveco

Thats right we are going to be at the parking lot tasting at Daveco this Saturday, May 31. There will be multiple Colorado wineries pouring their wines from 12pm - 4pm and the best part is that it's all FREE! It's supposed to be a beautiful day so come down to the Colorado Wine Tasting at Daveco Liquors. Daveco Liquors is located at 16434 N Washington St, Thornton, CO 80023.
