Winemaker's Dinner with Local Chefs - 2/23/12

You don't want to miss this. This Thursday 2/23/12 we will have the second dinner with local chefs at the winery. This time it is the chef from Salt Bistro in Boulder. Salt has been a great supporter of Colorado wine, showcasing an extensive list of Colorado wines by the glass. We will also have some beer during the dinner. Avery made a barrel aged beer with Cabernet Sauvignon from BookCliff Vineyards. We and (you) are the lucky ones who get a chance to taste this special beer that was sold out in two hours during their release on February 11th - the Recolte Sauvage.
