BookCliff Vineyards and Haystack Mountain Goat Dairy are collaborating and presenting a Cheese and Wine Pairing classes. The classes will be held  at the BookCliff winery on 1501 Lee Hill Road, Unit #17 starting in January 2013 through March 2013 on Fridays from 5:30pm through 7:30pm. This is an opportunity to hear from the Haystack cheese monger explaining the different types of cheeses and their flavors. And the winemaker will talk about making  wine from 100% Colorado grown grapes. You will be able to taste how the right pairings bring out the best in the wine and cheese.
