The wine is in the bottle. And as the saying goes "The check is in the mail", we are just waiting for the labels to be printed. And a little rest in the bottle won't hurt. Last year we started to lease a two acre vineyard all planted in Malbec. The first harvest was good and made some excellent Malbec that we decided to bottle by itself. Malbec is one of the six grapes included in Bordeaux reds. The wine has a dark, inky color and its masculine tannins give it good structure. In Argentina they also make 100% Malbec rather than blending it with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Malbec is coming soon to the tasting room.
