Custom White Blends

John is working with four restaurants to create custom white blends. Scroll over each name to visit their website:


The restaurant staff for each restaurant gets to experiment with the following wines from BookCliff:
Muscat Blanc
Cayuga
Viognier
Chardonnay
Riesling
After the blend in created, it will be sold and served at the restaurant.
This is an exciting time to blend and taste to see what ratios mix well together for a nice balanced wine. Usually several staff members come up to work with John for a fun session of mad mixing.
