2012 Spring Barrel Tasting - Menu

If you have not signed up yet, we still have some seats left for Friday the 4th and Saturday the 5th of May. This will be an adventure tasting our first year ever Zinfandel and a fabulous, promising 2011 Malbec. Be ready for a great experience. The menu is fabulous as well. Eric Skokan from the Black Farm Bistro is preparing the six course dinner.
First Course

Pea soup, ginger apple chip – 2011 Viognier Barrel Sample
Second Course
Seared Diver Scallop, vanilla parsnip flan, bacon butter – 2011 Chardonnay Barrel Sample
Third Course
Genoa salami, caramelized cabbage, braised mustard seed – 2010 Cabernet Franc Barrel Sample
Fourth Course
Duck breast, carrot tart, cherry jus – 2011 Zinfandel Tank Sample
Fifth Course
Braised shoulder of Heritage Pork, farro and celery salad, ancho sauce - 2011 Malbec Barrel Sample
Sixth Course
Sorrel cheesecake, orange sable cookie, citrus segments -  2011 Late Harvest Muscat Blanc
